By downloading, installing, or using Kam Calorie (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kam Calorie ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Kam Calorie is an AI-powered nutrition tracking application that allows users to:

• Log meals using voice input in Arabic and English
• Track calories, macronutrients, and nutrition goals
• Receive personalized calorie recommendations
• View progress charts and nutrition history
• Access Egyptian and Saudi cuisine-specific food data

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kam Calorie. Users under 18 should use the App with parental guidance.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate personal information (age, weight, height, activity level)
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Free Tier

The free version includes:

• 10 voice recordings per month
• Unlimited manual food entry
• Full nutrition tracking features
• Basic charts and history

4.2 PRO Subscription

PRO subscription ($4.99/month) includes:

• 300 voice recordings per month
• Priority AI processing
• Advanced analytics
• Data export (CSV)
• Ad-free experience

4.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple App Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds for partial months or unused voice recordings

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the App
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Abuse or overload our AI services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Kam Calorie is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Calorie and nutrition calculations are estimates and may not be 100% accurate
• Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet or nutrition program
• The App is for informational and tracking purposes only
• We are not responsible for health outcomes resulting from use of the App
• If you have medical conditions (diabetes, eating disorders, etc.), consult your doctor before using the App

7. AI and Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated nutrition data may contain errors (±50 calorie margin)
• Voice transcription may misinterpret foods or quantities
• You are responsible for reviewing and correcting AI suggestions before confirming
• We continuously improve AI accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% precision
• Food database information is sourced from public nutrition databases and may vary

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Kam Calorie (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of your personal data and food logs. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Kam Calorie is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any health issues, weight changes, or medical conditions resulting from app use
• We are not responsible for data loss, though we recommend regular backups
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for third-party service failures (OpenAI, Apple, etc.)

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse our services or AI systems
• Fail to pay subscription fees

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email (if provided). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
